Guest House Parking
At Jewells Guest House in Plymouth, we are fortunate as we have on- street parking outside and alongside our guest house and it’s currently only £5 a day for a permit. As it is only 200 yards from the Hoe Park and less than 500 yards from the Royal Citadel, there is also plenty of parking in the vicinity.
Stairs
Jewells Guest House in Plymouth is a three-storey building with easy access via split-stair levels. Unfortunately, we don’t have a lift at present but if mobility is an issue for you, please let us know when booking and we will make every effort to accommodate you in one of our rooms on the lowest level. There are also a few steps to the entrance of the hotel.
Guest House Check-in
Guests are welcome to check in to our hotel in Plymouth at any time from 14.00 to 10. 00 pm, and we ask guests to leave their rooms between 10.00 to 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Late Cancellation Charges
We do not issue a cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled or amended at any time up to 12.00 am on the day before arrival. Any last-minute cancellations or changes made on the actual date of arrival, however, will lead to a charge for the first night’s tariff for all rooms booked. In the event of a no-show without any communication from the guest, it is important to note that all rooms booked will incur a cancellation fee for the same amount as the full cost of the period initially booked.
All our guests are advised to consider taking out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, as unfortunately the hotel, as with most hotels in Plymouth, is not able to waive any charges for no-shows or late cancellations due to ill health, problems with transport or bad weather. Please also note that, unfortunately, we are also unable to accept cheques as a method of payment.
B&B Breakfast Times
Our wholesome and delicious breakfasts are served from 7.00 am – 9.00 am on Monday to Friday and from 8.30 am – 9.30 am on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
